Trellis
A self-described agent harness adding specs, task PRDs and workflow gates around coding agents.
Trellis is a project layer that works across multiple coding agents and IDEs (e.g. Cursor, OpenCode, Codex), installed via npm and initialized per repo. It runs a four-phase loop with auto-invoked skills and sub-agents: brainstorm a PRD one question at a time, implement with curated context injected, check the diff against specs plus lint, type-check and tests, and finish by promoting learnings into versioned `.trellis/spec/` files. It adds scoped specs, task boundaries, workflow gates and per-developer workspace journals, and `trellis ablate` temporarily removes its files for comparison. Licensed AGPL-3.0.
