Open-source hosted background coding agent inspired by Ramp's Inspect.
Open-Inspect is an open-source background coding agent system inspired by Ramp's Inspect. It runs tasks in full sandboxed development environments with Node.js, Python, git, browser automation and VS Code. Sessions start from a web UI, Slack, GitHub PRs, Linear issues or webhooks, and support multiplayer collaboration, PRs attributed to the prompting user, scheduled and event-driven automations, and parallel sub-tasks in separate sandboxes. Models include Claude, OpenAI Codex, xAI Grok and OpenCode Zen. It is designed for single-tenant deployment only.
