skills is Vercel Labs' command-line tool for the open agent-skills ecosystem. Agent skills are reusable instructions that teach coding agents how to perform tasks. The tool installs, finds, lists, checks, updates and removes skills, and scaffolds new ones (npx skills add / find / update / init). It installs to the current project or globally and lets users choose which coding agents to target. The README lists OpenCode, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and 75 more supported agents. Skills can also be used without installing, and skills.sh serves as the discovery directory.
