OpenRig is open-source software for running a network of coding agents as a persistent, organized team. Its pitch: 'A harness wraps a model. A rig wraps your harnesses.' Teams are defined in YAML and booted with one command, mixing Claude Code and Codex in the same rig with roles, shared context and owned work; a lead agent coordinates specialists and surfaces decisions to the user. It installs via a 'rigs' skill invoked from Claude Code or Codex, and needs Node.js 22/24, tmux and macOS or Linux (WSL2 on Windows).
