memU

memU is a lightweight memory system that gives users a shared LLM wiki across sessions, agents and devices; its core memory logic is about 500 lines. Host adapters connect it to Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, OpenClaw, Hermes, pi and others. A scheduled bridging task captures new session history, and the agent itself decides whether to create or patch reusable Markdown skills, which memU embeds and returns on similar future tasks; the memory service makes no LLM calls itself. It can be used via a hosted API key at memu.so or self-hosted.
