Failproof AI provides observability and enforcement for the harnesses agents run in. It hooks 12 harnesses, ten coding CLIs such as Claude Code and Codex plus the Hermes and OpenClaw chat/assistant gateways, capturing every run into one session history and blocking dangerous tool calls before they execute using 40 built-in policies. Pre-execution blocking is verified on all twelve and turn-end gates on eight. It runs locally (npm i -g failproofai); custom agents can report via a Python SDK.
