Agent Governance Toolkit

Policy enforcement, zero-trust identity and sandboxing for autonomous agents.

Maintained by Microsoft

Microsoft's Agent Governance Toolkit is a public-preview library adding policy enforcement, agent identity, execution sandboxing and SRE-style reliability engineering to autonomous agents, installable with one pip install and framework-agnostic. It targets three questions: is an action allowed, which agent performed it, and can it be proven afterwards via tamper-evident decision records. The project argues prompt-level safety is not a control surface and claims coverage of 10/10 of the OWASP Agentic Top 10. Breaking changes are possible before GA.
