Wiggum CLI

Spec generation plus autonomous Ralph loops on top of Claude Code or Codex.

Wiggum CLI is a command-line orchestrator for autonomous coding loops, also called Ralph loops. It scans a codebase's stack, generates feature specs through AI-led interviews, and runs plan, implement, test, verify and PR cycles using Claude Code, Codex CLI or another CLI coding agent. An agent mode reads the GitHub backlog, prioritizes issues by label and dependency order, resumes partial branches, reviews diffs against the spec and auto-merges when checks pass. It can run headless in CI. It installs via npm, and the TypeScript source is licensed MIT with the Commons Clause.
