Palgu
An engineering 'superharness' that runs coding agents as one governed team.
Palgu describes itself as an engineering superharness that takes a task from intent to a proven, governed code change. It runs coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and aider as one team and wraps them in eight layers: intent, architecture, knowledge, coordination, evidence, recovery, governance and learning. Its products are the srooterctl CLI, the Palgu Studio macOS app and Maggy, a single-developer harness. Features include a code graph with blast-radius mapping, a five-seat review council of models other than the author, an audit ledger, BYOK and a self-hosted gateway.
