Shannon

Shannon is a multi-agent orchestration framework aimed at production use. It runs agents on Temporal workflows with time-travel replay debugging, enforces hard per-task and per-agent token budgets with model fallback, and supports human approval workflows and swarm collaboration. Code execution is sandboxed with WASI, policies use OPA, and observability comes via event streaming, Prometheus metrics and OpenTelemetry. It works with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, xAI and local models via Ollama, and exposes a REST API, Python SDK and desktop app.
