Omnara
Open-source, model-agnostic control plane for deploying and running managed agents.
Omnara (YC S25) is an Apache-2.0, self-hostable API for running agents in production, positioned as an alternative to Claude Managed Agents and OpenAI's Agents API. State lives in an event log so agents are durable, recover from failures and idle without compute. Agents run on Omnara machines, the user's Blaxel, Daytona or Unikraft accounts, or an outbound-connecting daemon. It adds human approval for risky tool calls, scoped secrets, RBAC and append-only audit history, exposes REST, TypeScript SDK and CLI, and works with OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, LiteLLM or self-hosted models.
