Open-source 'AgentOS' framework that grew out of AutoGen.
AG2 (formerly AutoGen) is an open-source programming framework for building AI agents and multi-agent cooperation, maintained by a group of volunteers from several organizations, with Chi Wang and Qingyun Wu as project administrators. As of v1.0 the protocol-driven framework is imported as `ag2`, built around an Agent class and a hub-and-channels Network for multi-agent work. The classic AutoGen-derived API (ConversableAgent, GroupChat, `import autogen`) moved to the separate ag2ai/ag2-classic repository.
